Raccoons are my absolute favorite species, and this drawing, kind of spontaneous, is very special for me, and I decided to do it in my favorite traditional technique: colored pencils. I haven't worked lately on this technique because it hurts the right arm which I work with, and I'm still taking care of it, but since this was a special spontaneous occation I wanted to give it a new try, especially for wishing best thoughts (in general) and being able to work on it again.

The idea we have basic rights, civil rights, human rights, it pretty fundamental in many countries.
The problem is, that the second you create an exception, such as "treason", or "terrorist", or "illegal immigrant", then you have a serious problem.
Suddenly everyone, all citizens, have to somehow be sure, and be able to prove they do not fall in to those exception categories. If they cannot, they lose the right to even try and do so.
There can be no exception to basic rights.
