I was this guy yesterday, it's been a while! I do wonder if I should get better leathers than these £50 eBay ones (hardly-used second hand because the guy bought them, stored them away for a while, then found they no longer fit!) After wearing them for about 4 hours yesterday (the first and last hours of which I was on the bike) I had an aching back for the whole evening. Could be just that they're not designed for standing/walking, just for being on the bike, or maybe better-fitting ones are able to do both comfortably? I don't know. Not like I have oodles of spare money to go commissioning made-to-measure ones with a custom design anyway (I wish)! 😜
