Material Neutral, but I think there needs to be a column between Coverage Purist and Coverage Neutral.

Same. It's been a lot of years and I still find it weird that many people would consider a head and a pair of short fur gloves to be "a fursuit". And yet, partial fursuits are still fursuits - a lot depends on how you fill in the gaps. To be honest, I think what it comes down to, for me, is: if you're (in good faith) portraying an anthropomorphic animal, it's a fursuit.

Coverage Neutral should be head, paws, and tail, not just head. Then I think it works better.

@phantomkitty I don't know that I know anyone who thinks just wearing a head should suffice.

What about species that don't have tails? ;p

Very fair, I should have said optional tail. I wasn't sure if just head and paws was enough, and tail was the only other thing I could think of that did not get into arm sleeves, leg sleeves, or chest coverage.

@phantomkitty I could facetiously reply, "What about species that don't have paws?" but I take your meaning. :)

But I also think that if one of the goals of the parade is inclusivity...and if it's not, then perhaps it should be...then we start to have to ask ourselves why it should matter what they're wearing at all.
