Title: Well, this interview process is certainly... innovative.

The main text read as follows:
I arrived promptly for my 3 PM appointment only to be told by the receptionist that the position was filled before I applied. So, I asked the receptionist why the HR manager would schedule me for an interview if the job were already taken. This is a waste of my time and money. It turns out that I've been coordinating this whole charade with an AI, not an actual human. I have been talking to an AI, not a human, for the past four days. Automatic interviews are a new practice here, regardless of whether a job is even open. The AI automatically schedules interviews for everyone who applies, no matter how old the job listing is. Color me seriously unimpressed 😠 What on earth is that?
