I'm just relistening to some tracks from the game Pathogenic that I heard on the 8 bit drummer's stream tonight, and looked the game up. It's a twin stick shooter, apparently. This reminds me, I think I've tried one or two twin-stick shooters before and never got on with them. They're the ones where one joystick moves you around while the other aims shots. As far as I remember (and I don't really play games very much, other than the very few I play a lot of, like Minecraft) I just couldn't get the hang of moving the two sticks separately, one for movement and one for aim. I'd have to stop moving to aim, and then when I started moving again I couldn't change aim until I stopped again. Is that usual? I guess a lot of gamers have just learned the coordination needed for that.
