Ah, I wish this was true! But (a) I *think* it's a spoof news account, and (b) I'm therefore rather suspicious the image has been generated (I mean, it seems unlikely it was staged…) But I'd love to believe it actually happened, because that would be awesome.
I just found https://wedetect.ai/, fed the image into it, and it gives that a 2% probability of being generated.

I now suspect more likely to be conventionally edited; perhaps an image of an actual horse escape with the real horses replaced. Still a scene that gets my imagination working though!
